  • A United States citizen and a resident of California
  • 18 years old or older on Election Day
  • Not currently serving a state or federal prison term for the conviction of a felony
  • Not currently found mentally incompetent to vote by a court

How to Register

Eligible voters may register to vote in several ways.

  • Visit the California Secretary of State website https://registertovote.ca.gov/ and complete an online voter registration form.

  • Visit the Del Norte County Office of Elections at 981 H Street, Ste 200, in Crescent City.

  • Visit a United States Postal Office branch to pick up a voter registration form.

  •  Visit the Del Norte GOP Headquarters at 290 I Street, in Crescent City

  • Contact the Del Norte County Elections Department directly.
  • Call or visit the Del Norte GOP Headquarters at 707-464-6966 or 290 I Street, in Crescent City
  • Verify your current political party affiliation and address are up to date.
