Richard Marshall is currently President of the Siskiyou County Water Users Association  (SCWUA) and former Chairman of the Siskiyou County Republican Central Committee.  Richard was a Bay Area investment real estate brokerage business before moving to Siskiyou County in 2007. Since moving to Siskiyou County, he has become very active among the water users in the effort to save the Klamath hydroelectric facilities.
