Proposition 1 – NO - Authorizes $6.38 Billion in Bonds to Build Mental Health Treatment Facilities for Those With Mental Health and Substance Use Challenges; Provides Housing for the Homeless. Legislative Statute.  Prop 1 is a $6.38 billion general obligation bond that will put future generations in debt and does not address the underlying issues for California's homeless and mental health crisis. Prop 1 will continue the status quo, which will result in the continuing explosion in the homeless population year after year.
